![]() The Caduceus is the symbol of the Science and Art of healing. The serpents and the staff represent the main channels of energy up the body. When the journey up the body is complete, full development, (enlightenment) is reached as represented by the wings of glory. |
Wellbeing is the normal or natural state of being human. Wellbeing
is our birth rite. When we are in the state of Wellbeing we feel at
ease, at peace, joyful, vibrant, and connected. We feel good! Our
health is good on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and
spiritual. Like a child, we are aware of the infinite possibilities
available to us. We have access to all our greatest abilities. We
feel alive.

Wellbeing
has commonly been called “being in the zone”. “Being in the zone”
refers to a point when exercising where the exercise becomes
effortless, the sense of time passing stops, and we feel ecstatic.
Yet, the concept of "being in the zone" limits the scope of Wellbeing,
because we can live our daily lives in the state of Wellbeing. |
![]() This is a representation of the heart center (chakra). When open, we feel unconditional
love, joy, forgiveness, compassion. We are centered and peaceful. We are open to receive and give love, and have loving and meaningful relationships. We trust. |
| We can understand our true potential for Wellbeing by broadening our perspective of what it is to be human. On all levels we are part of the Universe. We came from it, and we are made of it. “Until we have an adequate story about ourselves in which we fit into the story of the Universe, we will be alienated from ourselves”. (Thomas Berry, renowned cultural historian and ecotheolgian) | ![]() This symbol is the tree of life superimposed on the flower of life. Found in all major religions it contains the patterns & mathematics of creation as they emerged from the "Great Void" in the Big Bang. |
| These first stars existed for millions of years and then expired in Supernovas, huge explosions which formed new atoms and new elements. From the Supernova debris, the remains of the first stars, came the birth of new stars. | |

One
of which was our star, the Sun. The debris from the formation of the
Sun formed planets, our home, planet Earth was created. This ball of
star debris became a ball of molten lava. The lava cooled, forming the
oceans and the atmosphere. |
| Life began on Earth. More and more complex life forms developed. The Earth became filled with life forms. Plants, birds, fish, reptiles, insects, mammals,… Human life. |

The entire process, the unfolding of the Universe from Big Bang to the development of life,
reveals the brilliance and intelligence of the Universe. Whatever
force is driving this intelligent development, we must know that we
also came from it and that we are made of it.
: a sperm fertilizing an ovum. This single cell divided fifty times and formed every cell in the body. One hundred trillion cells formed. Each cell became a specific type of cell in a specific location performing a specific function for the system. Yet, every cell actually does six trillion things a second. Our development also mirrors the genius of which we are made. (Depok Chopra)
From an energetic perspective everything in the Universe is energy. All energy came from “Source” at the moment of the Big Bang. (Basic Quantum Physics) We are energy. Physics also teaches that all energy is connected. We too are connected to everything. In terms of quantum physics, there is only one. We are one. The first metaphysician from Ancient Greece, Parmenides, stated this as "all is one".
